This is the only foam-topped coil mattress I have found on the market, which gives you a good combination of luxurious foam as well as support from the coils below. It does take some getting used to, but if you are looking for a combination of both, this is a good choice. If you have a solid bed base already and want a foam mattress (which requires a slatted base), this is a good option.
