The service which Beds Direct offered could not have been better! It was so easy to select, order and pay for the mattress. I wasn't sure about buying on line but a quick phone call to your Midrand Branch and a chat with the friendly fellows there convinced me to try, and just like they said it is a well designed web site and easy to follow.

I was very impressed with the quick response from Bethuel. I had logged a query on-line at 08:56 and within 10 minutes he responded with an option of choices which exactly met my needs and also arranged same day delivery on the 22nd.

Wonderful service from order to delivery.
I did however follow up after the mattress was delivered about potentially buying the base (didn't realize I needed one when I ordered) but this email was sadly not answered, email was sent to (orders@bedsdirect.co.za) Fri 15/12/2017 10:19. Nevertheless, still very good service from bedsdirect!!

The picture on the website was not what the delivered product looked like. I emailed to inquire about this and was told that they changed the look of the item, and that what was delivered was the right item. Great. But then update your website also. Online shopping is hard enough if you're not there in person to see and feel what you're buying.

Furniture came on time as promised but had to be kept at Midrand as the house wasnt finished. Staff at Midrand were quite understanding and patient. there were slight delays in delivery eventually but I understood as we also contributed to it. Overall, excellent service

I was very impressed at the prices seeing that I had searched at stores to find a bed and base that would suit my budget and also that I would get quality. Bedsdirect did that for me and also I didn't have to pay delivery charges.
Being a pensioner its not easy to have to buy a bed.

Absolutely AMAZING service from Beds Direct. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and only realised after the plastic was already off and the mattress on the frame. The bed (Dakota 3/4) is comfortable and useful.
There is a slight slope from the head to the foot, perhaps because of the size of the wheels. This is a minor negative point as I feel a mattress should be flat.
